The running analysis was a fantastic experience. It started with looking into the very basics to begin with, and then moving into me running outside. After which, Gina was able to diagnose and share where I am with my running, but also my general posture and flexibility. We then worked on moving my running towards something that is more efficient, and then back inside to look at strength and flexibility to concentrate on over the next few weeks. All in all, I wish I'd have seen Gina a long time ago, to prevent the months of injuries and niggles from inefficient movements. I've recommended the clinic with other members in my running club. I'll certainly be returning again! Thank you.

I’ve seen Gina in the past where I had to have regular physio for 9 months. Gina is very thorough and really good. I’ve had a lot of different physios in the past where for one reason or another they are not very good but I can say Gina is very honest, good at working out what the issue is, good at giving you realistic goals, will target the exercises to the time you have available and is truly excellent.
